The Service is currently in early access and may be subject to changes, limitations, or interruptions.

During the early access period, account creation may require joining a waitlist and receiving approval.

4. Acceptable Use

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure

• Use automated means to scrape, extract, or collect data from the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Naslabs.AI and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our express written permission.

6. AI-Generated Content

Nia Docs uses artificial intelligence to assist with document creation and editing. Regarding AI-generated content:

• AI outputs are provided "as is" and may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases
• You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before use
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any purpose
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice

7. User Content

You retain full ownership of all documents and content you create using Nia Docs. By using the Service, you grant Naslabs.AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes other than delivering the Service, except as required by law.
